Do you offer memberships?
Yes, you can sign up for a monthly membership or you can sign up annually if you prefer and would like to save some money.
I am a Yoganic Studio client, can I use my pass on Yoganic at Home?
Whilst we share heritage Yoganic and Yoganic at Home are separate businesses operating on separate platforms as such you are unable to use a studio pass or membership online with Yoganic at Home
How often will there be new classes?
We will be looking to add new class content every week.
How do I know what props I need for each class?
If any props are used during the class this will be included in the written class description.
How do I know which class is right for me?
Each class has a detailed class description, this includes information about class suitability and any groups of people that should not participate in the class. We always recommend that before undertaking any exercise program you should have clearance from your physician.
I have a bad back / neck or back / neck injury can I do classes?
Our classes are for people who are injury free, as such we always recommend that before undertaking any exercise program you should have clearance from your physician.
I have had a knee replacement / reconstruction can I do classes?

I have osteopenia / osteoporosis can I do classes?
We offer Bone Health Mat Pilates Classes for people with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis. To participate in this class, you need to be able to independently get up and down from the floor.
In these classes we focus on posture, balance, leg strength, core control, thoracic extension, and bone-building exercises. The class is a combination of Standing and Pilates Mat exercises.
Our classes are for people who are injury free, as such we always recommend that before undertaking any exercise program you should have clearance from your physician.
I am pregnant what classes can I do?
We offer Pregnancy Mat Pilates and Pregnancy Yoga Classes, these are suited to all pregnant women who do not have injuries. We also offer some Barre classes that may be suitable for women who are pregnant, please read the class description prior to undertaking the class to ensure it is suitable for you.

I am postnatal what classes can I do?
We offer Postnatal Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre Classes, these are suited to all postnatal women who do not have injuries.
