Latiecha Henman

Latiecha fell in love with yoga whilst living a busy corporate career. Looking for a way to slow down, she was drawn to the mat as a place of joy and connection. She discovered the true healing benefits of yoga when she suffered from a chronic immune condition; it was no longer a physical practice, but a way to heal herself.  Feeling the benefits of the practice, she changed her life and became a yoga teacher. Her inspiration was and still is, to bring the healing benefits of the yoga practice to the mat for all to enjoy.

Travelling and training with master teachers across Asia, Latiecha completed 2 years of intensive training in Okido Yoga (a style originating in Japan) and now mentors teachers across Sydney. Keen to bring a whole and balanced practice to her clients, Latiecha completed advanced Yin yoga training, with renowned teacher Sarah Powers, giving clients a practice of stillness, contemplation and connection.

Latiecha’s classes are creative, practical and fun. She encourages her students to practice with an open mind and to make the practice their own.
