Yoganic at Home offers online Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes. You can enjoy our premium all access Monthly Membership or a Day Pass, the choice is yours. Sign up today!

Weekly Membership for $10 a week

The Yoganic at Home Membership provides you premium access to  Yoga, Pilates or Barre classes from wherever you are, whenever it suits your schedule. Sometimes getting to the studio doesn't fit into your schedule or you would like to practice more often that you can in person, that is why we created Yoganic at Home. It doesn't matter if you have 5 minutes or more we have classes to fit into your lifestyle and time you have available. 

TYPES OF CLASSES

Pilates

Mat-based Pilates is a series of exercises performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. The main aim is to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination.

 

Our Pilates classes incorporate a range of small props aiding or adding  challenge to the body.

Yoga

We offer a range of different yoga styles so you can find the right one for your body. Styles offered include Vinyasa, Yin and Okido (Japanese style) yoga.  Whether you are after an energetic and challenging flow or a deeply relaxing Yin class to  release tight muscles, there’s something for you.

Using a range of props from Yoga Blocks, Bolsters, Eye Pillows, blankets and pillows. Many of these can be substituted with props you have around your home.

Barre

Barre classes provide a high intensity workout leaving you bursting with energy. Barre was  created from the traditional roots of dance and ballet using a barre combined with the fundamentals of movement and Pilates. We understand that not everyone has a barre in their homes but we all have a chair, kitchen bench or balcony railing that can substitute the place of a barre making these classes accessible wherever you are. 

 

We use a few small props in these classes including a TheraBand, small ball and sliding discs. The beauty of these props is they take up very little space and can be easily packed in your handbag or suitcase when you are away from home.
